Hector has been involved in the real estate industry since 1998. He began his career as a realtor at one of the

top residential brokerages in the U.S. and eventually began buying distressed residential assets in Compton, East & South-Central Los Angeles areas. Over two decades he has overseen the purchase, renovation, and resell of well over 1,500 projects and has built a personal portfolio of buy and hold rental properties. He believes that if someone has a strong desire to succeed and is willing to invest in their own education, there is nothing stopping them from success! Regardless of background or socioeconomic status, anyone willing to put in the time, work, and effort can create generational wealth by investing in real estate.

 Hector currently resides in the Los Angeles area with his wife and son and is active in various philanthropic activities.
